This stunning deer park has deer wandering all around you, it’s beautiful to see and you can wander for hours.
It’s linked to fountains abbey which you pay to get into, but Studley Park is free, until you want to enter the Abbey area. You can also access the shops, toilets and cafe at Fountains Abbey without paying.
It’s pram and buggy friendly, but being a deer park - dogs must be on leads at all times.
You can park at Fountains Abbey or park in Studley village (free and closer).
You can wander the deer park or do a lovely walk called the 7 Bridges Walk which is stunning and easy under foot all year round. You can join this walk either at Studley village or in Studley Park by the lake.
The Galphay Inn is a nice village pub to go to on the way home: it’s about 10 minutes off the main road.
